We developed WODGrips because most of us can't walk around all day with torn up hands. Callouses and blisters aren't comfortable or sightly.
With properly designed and manufactured hand protection, you can improve your performance while keeping your hands free of pain.
Hand made from a durable cotton weave material, WODGrips enhance your grip on bars and kettlebells. They also allow you to move from closed hand (snatch, pull ups, etc.) to open hand (push ups, burpees) exercises without having to take them on and off.
They work even better when chalked up and can handle all the sweat you can dish out.

Sizing and Care
Measure from your wrist to the base of your middle finger. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size, as the fabric will stretch to adapt to your hand.
- Youth/XS - up to 3.5"
- S - 3.5" - 4"
- M- 4"- 4.5"
- L - 4.5" and up
When first using your WODGrips, you will feel that the finger holes are small and that the fit is tight. This is good.
To adjust sizing, use scissors and CAREFULLY cut the hole larger. You want the hole to be as small as possible in order to provide as much protection as possible. The material will stretch over time to adapt to your hand.
WODGrips are more effective with chalk. It will help reduce palm friction and prevent slippage.
Wash in warm water with like colors. Tumble dry, low heat. The colors won‰۪t run and your WODGrips won‰۪t shrink.
