Measure from the crease of your wrist to the base of your middle finger. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size; grips are made from stretch fabric.
- Small: 0-4 Inches
- Medium: 4-4.5 Inches
- Large: 4.5+ Inches
- These grips if sized correctly will fit very firm.
- When the palm is extended the grips will stretch too.
- The finger holes have been cut small to allow for you to create a perfect incasing around your fingers.
- To size: Cut with a pair of sharp scissors. Cut the hole in an upwards direction leaving the section stitched 1/3 at the bottom. This will avoid OVERSIZING the hole. It will stretch over time.
- You can definitely CHALK them and WEAR them during an entire WOD. They are soft and will not interfere with your performance.
- DON'T WASH REGULARLY, THE DIRTIER THEY ARE THE BETTER!!!
- They will soak up your perspiration and keep your palms reasonably dry during your WOD.
