In video 3 of 3 in the series, Coach Jerry shares 3 stretches you can do at home to help you relieve lower back pain. Among them are the Hip Flexor Stretch, Samson Stretch, and the Runner's/Pigeon Stretch. A foam roller is optional, but you can also just use a rolled up towel.
