Paleo Orange Cranberry Sauce

Hi again WODShop readers!

Can you believe that next week is Thanksgiving? I don’t know where the year has gone.

The good news is that it’s really easy to turn most of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes into delicious paleo versions. I mean, as long as you’re okay with giving up marshmallows and french fried onions!

This Paleo Orange Cranberry Sauce is even more delicious than the canned cranberry sauce you grew up with. Plus, no high fructose corn syrup in sight!

It’s also really simple to make and only requires 3 ingredients: fresh cranberries, one orange, and honey! In about 15 minutes, you’ll have the most delicious paleo cranberry sauce!

Paleo Orange Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 pound fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • juice and zest of 1 large orange
  • 1/4 cup honey

Put all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst. Cool to room temperature before serving.
