These leather hand grips are great training aids to allow you to push farther without rips or tears holding you back. Great for kettlebells and pull-ups.
SIZES: Measure from the wrist to the base of your middle finger.

Ive only being doing XFit for a little over a year so I dont have much experience with this type of equipment. So far these hand grips have helped keep my hand from being torn up in the pull-up cage. Which is good.
Only suggestion is they a little wider at the top so to cover calluses at the bottom of the index finger.

Takes a little bit to get used to the grips and and a few WODs to break them in, but are worth it. Prior to purchasing the grips I used tape, but that was rolling up and useless halfway through the WOD. Sizing is pretty accurate. I have small hands, so they end up bunching when I don't take the few seconds it takes to position myself properly on the bar. Definitely a good accessory to have if you don't like leaving the gym a bloody biohazard.

These grips help alot during high volume pull-up or toe-to-bar WODs. My hands have ripped multiple in the past but these have put an end to that. It takes a while to break these in as the leather is very sturdy and is a little different feel at first but they are worth it. As for the sizing, I used the chart and they work well. For the people complaingin, of course these are going to bunch up on you, you are bending your hand into a pull up grip! It's not ever going to be an exact fit but they improve grip, protect you from ripping your hand, and are well made.

Takes a few uses to break them in but they keep your hands from tearing and help get a tighter grip on the pull up bar. Unlike gloves you can feel the bar and they won't slip.

I always had problems with my hands doing pull ups and toes to bar. Even the chalk did not help. These grips do the job however they take some getting used to as the finger holes are really tight.

These helped me a lot. My only suggestion would be to order a size smaller than you think you need so the leather is tight across your palm.

I think I picked a size too big because the pad doesn't sit tightly against my palm, so it bunches up when I do pull-ups. It's difficult to gauge which size to choose without actually trying it on. The material it is made out of seems sturdy, though.

I have small hands, so it makes it a little harder to grip pull up bars which makes my hands rip open often. These leather hand grips helped me alot and really does prevent me from ripping. They fit my small hands perfectly (i bought size small). They feel weird at first but very easy to get used to. Also, great customer service and super fast shipping because I live in california.
